Gujarat, Maharashtra and Goa top the composite rank score covering 10 sectors. in Good Governance Index 2021 (GGI), prepared by DARPG. This was released by the Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Good Governance Day at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. In a bid to cool down the domestic prices of Soya Meal, Government has notified an Order under the Essential Commodities Act to declare ‘Soya Meal’ as an Essential Commodities up to June 30, by amending the Schedule of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.
