A Delhi court on Friday allowed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to question BRS leader K.Kavitha, arrested in the Delhi excise policy case, in Tihar jail. Enforcement Directorate (ED) had arrested Kavitha on March 15 in connection with a money laundering case linked to the alleged Delhi excise policy. Three Sri Lankan Nationals, who were convicted in the Rajiv Gandhi assassination case and later released from a special camp in Tamil Nadu’s Tiruchi, have flown back to Sri Lanka, said officials on Wednesday.
