Stating that the Congress is in Karnataka was divided into four groups led by Siddiramaiah, DK Siva Kumar, Satish, KH Muniyappa from madiga community, he said that they are unable to deliver the promises made to the people.  Dr. Chandrappa said that only double engine government will get the development on fast track and urged the people to vote for BJP.
