BJP senior leader and Home Minister Amit Shah said that BRS president and Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has been playing divisive politics and four per cent reservation for Muslims is part of that. “The allegations that there will be communal clashes if BJP come to power are totally wrong.   You can check the track record and see there are no communal clashes where BJP is ruling”, he said.

Speaking to media in Hyderabad, he said that it was the there only where Congress is ruling. There is no appeasement hence no one dares to crate any problems. Religious clashes were totally controlled and not increased as alleged, he added.

He was wondered: “Was giving Muslim reservation not divisive politics? Why Hyderabad Liberation Day is not being observed whom he is fearing for? What is the divisive politics?,” he asked. Answering a question he said that BJP and BRS can not join ideologically or there will be any political alliance.

When asked why there was no action against BRS when alleging that there was huge corruption, the  Home Minister said that Government of India is looking at those issues and it will not be done because of election schedule. “Once BJP government was formed all those involved in corruption in each case will be identified and punished,” he said.

Referred to to Rohingyas issue at Hyderabad, he said that NIA is looking at this issue in All India level and act accordingly. In Telangana polls, he  expressed confidence that people will stand with BJP.

“In the last 10 year the BRS Government was totally involved in corruption. It did nothing for the Telangana. Corruption took place Kaleshwaram, Mission Kakatiya, Miyapur lands, Outer Ring Road, Liquor and Granite. Double bed room , Dalit Bandhu and other schemes were given to BRS workers more than the general public”, he added.

He lamented that BRS president and Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao had failed to implement the promises made in Election Manifestos like Film City, Pharma City, Education City, Textile City. The Government failed to implement KG to PG Free education, filling of all vacant posts, unemployment allowance, loan waiver he said.

Coming down heavily against the BRS, Congress, the Union Home Minister said that any vote to Congress will offer power to BRS and it would prove costly.

“BRS, MIM and Congress are 2G, 3G and 4G parties. There is no value for others except to their family members. They will come under the same umbrella after elections were over. Your vote for BRS resulted in total corruption. Vote for Congress proved that its members will join BRS”, he added.
