IRCTC’s food delivery service Zoop and Jio Haptic have started this service together. Right now this facility has been started at more than 100 stations across the country. Based on the response received from the passengers, this facility will be started at other stations also.
While traveling in the train, you can order food by messaging from the WhatsApp chatbot. To order food, the passenger will need a PNR. On ordering with PNR, your food will be delivered directly to the seat. Not only this, after ordering food, you can also track it real time.
