Continuous work is being done on passenger facilities by Indian Railways and Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC). In the last few months, railways and IRCTC have made changes in many rules, due to which passengers are more comfortable while traveling.

Once again IRCTC has started a new facility for the passengers. Every passenger traveling in the train will get the benefit of starting this service. Under the new facility, you will be able to order food from WhatsApp while traveling in the train.

IRCTC’s food delivery service Zoop and Jio Haptic have started this service together. Right now this facility has been started at more than 100 stations across the country. Based on the response received from the passengers, this facility will be started at other stations also.

While traveling in the train, you can order food by messaging from the WhatsApp chatbot. To order food, the passenger will need a PNR. On ordering with PNR, your food will be delivered directly to the seat. Not only this, after ordering food, you can also track it real time. Apart from this, if there is any problem, then you can take the help of the support team.

At present, the facility of ordering food on WhatsApp has been started at more than 100 stations. These stations are Vijayawada, Vadodara, Moradabad, Warangal besides Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Kanpur, Agra Cantt, Tundla Junction, Balharshah Junction etc. To order food, one can chat with Zoop on WhatsApp on mobile number +91-7042062070. Also, place their food order on this number.
