In a shocking incident, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MP Kotha Prabhakar Reddy was stabbed during the poll campaign in Telangana on Monday. He was attcked by an unidentifed person during the campaigning at Surampalli village of Daulatabad mandal in Siddipet district. Mango exports from India increased by 19% in the first five months of the current fiscal year, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare and the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA). Mango exports from India reached a value of US$ 47.98 million, up from US$ 40.33 million in the same period last year. The death toll in the train collision incident at Vizianagaram district in Andhra Pradesh touched 15 on Monday morning. As many as 50 people have been injured. The mishap occurred on Sunday evening when the Visakhapatnam-Rayagada passenger train hit the Visakhapatnam-Palasa passenger train from the rear at Kantakapalli, about 40 km from Visakhapatnam.
