India’s forex reserves jumped USD 9.112 billion to USD 615.971 billion in the week ended December 15 (Friday) and the quantum of increase is one of the highest for a week, according to RBI data. More journalists have been killed in the first 10 weeks of the Israel-Gaza war than have ever been killed in a single country over an entire year, according to a new analysis released by the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ).
