Hitting out at Telangana government that is not cooperating in getting the national projects completed, Prime Minister Narendra Modi owed to liberate the state from dynasty politics and corruption.
On his visit to Hyderabad on Saturday, he inaugurated Vande Bharat Express train between Secunderabad and Tirupati. Later, before addressing a public meeting at Parade Grounds, he laid foundation stones for various development works remotely.
Modi laid the foundation stone for five national highways and BB Nagar AIIMS development works. Also, Modi started the doubling work of Mahabub Nagar. Development works of Rs.11,355 crore have been initiated. And, the flag was waved.. MMTS trains were started.
Later speaking on this occasion he accused that in Telangana development programs are getting delayed due to non-cooperation of the state government. He asked the government not to disturb the development programs. People of Telangana are suffering due to this, he said.
He criticized that while we are developing, some people are trying for their own work and family profit. The state government is not coming together with the centre. He said that some people are trying for selfish interests.
He asked them to be vigilant about such people. Lamenting that corruption and family rule are one and the same, he said that in Telangana, power is growing in the secret of a few. Corruption has increased with family rule in Telangana. They are trying to change every system.
“Some people are very threatened about the development work we are doing in Telangana. People who indulge in dynasty and corruption have a problem with people work sincerely. They only want their own family to avail advantages of their posts. Corruption and dynasty politics are not separate from each other. With dynansty politics, they want to gain a control of everything in the state. They don’t like the control being challenged”, he added.
Modi deplored that some are only looking after their own interests. “We have to fight against the corrupt. Corruption should be condemned with open arms. Legal action should be taken no matter how big”, he added.
He cautioned that do not obstruct the work of legal entities. Alleging that investigating agencies are being threatened, Prime Minister deplored that some corrupt people approached the Supreme Court. The court gave them a shock.
